Social and technological innovations

Description

Many organizations and inter-organizational networks are developing innovations to better respond to major social transformations in community needs and technological change.

Cité-ID’s goal is to better understand the stages of innovation development and implementation, as well as the institutionalization of projects within organizations and their dissemination to other organizations.

Cité-ID adopts a Living Lab approach to support transformations in organizational practices, the development of new capacities, and innovative practices. We are especially interested in the deployment of smart cities, the collaborative management of data to respond to vulnerabilities and crises, and the development and implementation of local initiatives to respond to major social issues (e.g. social housing, food security, etc.).
