The 100 Resilient Cities net­work iden­ti­fies in their report A Practitioner’s Guide to Mea­sure­ment Chal­lenges and Oppor­tu­ni­ties ” sev­er­al ini­tia­tives from around the world that mea­sure social cohe­sion and to bet­ter under­stand role in the devel­op­ment of urban resilience. Among the ideas pre­sent­ed, our project on the Local Soup ini­ti­at­ed by the CDC Cen­tre-Sud is an exam­ple of a mea­sure of social cohe­sion. The 100 Resilient Cities iden­ti­fy the City-ID’s Social Cap­i­tal Mea­sure­ment Guide as one of the ref­er­ences to be con­sult­ed by practitioners.For the achieve­ment of this project, we worked close­ly with the CDC Cen­tre-Sud, the Mai­son de l’innovation sociale (MIS) and the Office of the Tran­si­tion and Resilience of the City of Mon­tréal.
